What's Changed
Current Version 3.1
- Stopped board/key images being shared by unused main-key leftovers by turning them into unique physical stock keys.
- Stopped board images appearing on all unused inventory keys; board art now only slices across the main keyboard view.
- Kept spare/extra keys as independent design targets, so applying artwork to one Shift spare does not update another Shift or main-layout key.
- Rebuilt the Pinewood Sea extras from the clear extras photo, with stable separate physical IDs so ISO Enter, ANSI Enter, and duplicate spare keys can all have different artwork.
- Changed layout switching to subtract the active layout from the full physical set inventory, leaving only the actual unused caps supplied in the set.
- Fixed the unused extras inventory so the stepped ISO Enter can only appear once, even if it exists in saved extra-key settings or both inventory groups.
- Kept smaller layouts showing all unused keys from the full set, but deduplicated by physical key shape instead of just legend text.
- Deduplicated the 135-key inventory before filtering unused keys, so ISO Enter and other full-set keys only appear once.
- Kept smaller layouts such as 40% showing all unused keys from the whole set, without creating duplicate ISO compatibility keys.
- Changed the extra-key filter so if the selected layout already contains that key, all matching extras are hidden from the unused extras section.
- Organised the 135-key unused extras into grouped sections and made the extra ISO Enter use the proper stepped ISO shape.
- Polished the interface with cleaner grouped controls, collapsible sections, and a persistent export toolbar.
- Kept the keyboard workspace visible while the right settings panel scrolls, removed the stage scrollbar, and tightened slider/input spacing.
- Added focused single-key preview mode with saved preview-key lists, plus a toggle to bring the full keyboard preview back when needed.
- Expanded keyboard shortcuts with Ctrl/Cmd+A for visible-key selection, Delete/Backspace for clearing images, and Ctrl/Cmd+Z for Undo.
- Added multi-select editing, Selected ZIP export, and a stronger Undo system for images, layout changes, imports, clears, and custom moves.
- Built locked Printer Settings with per-profile mm face sizes, DPI export sizing, profile names, reference images, calibration, and baked HTML profile export.
- Added profile-based print bounds for image corner radius, corner scale, and circle face so public editing can stay inside safe limits.
- Added multi-image layers per key, active-layer selection, direct layer dragging, and ZIP persistence for layered artwork.
- Fixed ZIP reload sizing for key image layers by saving the trimmed/display artwork instead of restoring the original padded upload.
- Made the 135-key set section show only unused matching-size compatibility keys for the selected layout, and fixed vertical scrolling so the extra keys are reachable.
- Added safer web-image drag/drop handling for keys and board art, including URL/HTML drops that stop the browser navigating away.
- Changed the default startup layout to Full ISO.
- Fixed Remove Layer so deleting the final image layer fully clears the image instead of restoring it from legacy image data.
- Improved key and board image handling with drag-and-drop upload, draggable board art, fit keyboard, export-quality source preservation, and sharper Export Preview rendering.
- Cleaned up image shaping with circular pixel corner math, circle-face artwork support, default corner radius 0 / corner scale 100, and per-key artwork area X/Y/Z controls.
- Reworked ISO Enter so its stepped outline, profile-driven notch measurements, artwork mask, and export preview behave like a proper ISO return key.
- Added support links, branded labels, transparent/colored export backgrounds, and hosted-settings quality-of-life fixes.
Layouts
- Expanded the built-in ANSI and ISO layouts, including 40%, 60%, 60% with arrows, 65%, 75%, TKL, Full, and Lemokey P1 Pro ISO variants.
- Fixed key sizing and placement issues across those layouts, including ISO extras, right-shift sizing, arrow clusters, and ISO Enter placement.
- Added custom layout editing with 0.25u snap, key add/remove, preset key sizes, and custom-layout reset.
Design Tools
- Added board-wide images, per-key images, drag-and-drop uploads, layered key artwork, and source-image ZIP reload.
- Added text alignment, text X/Y movement, legend gap, font loading, text opacity, and shine-through cutout controls.
- Added select-all styling so text opacity, cutout settings, and other key styling changes can be applied across the board more quickly.
Export And Project Files
- ZIP load/save restores layout settings, key text, image layers, font settings, colors, board images, and other saved project state.
- Added transparent or colored key backgrounds for print-friendly exports, plus larger PNG export scales and Export Preview.
- Added page background color, branding links, support links, and this changelog.

What the set includes - extra keys
Edit the actual physical leftover caps supplied with the Pinewood Sea 135-key set. The app combines these with the main 100% ANSI inventory, then subtracts the selected layout by name + size so only unused caps from the set are shown.
